Kevin Love’s first Father’s Day is in the books.
The Miami Heat star, who welcomed his first child with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Kate Bock on June 10, shared the first photo of the couple’s newborn baby over the holiday weekend.
Love was pictured holding their bundle of joy on his chest while at home in Miami, Fla., on Sunday.
Bock reposted the photo to her Instagram Story with the caption, “Mine,” and a white heart emoji.
The couple, who tied the knot in June 2022, received congratulatory messages from past and present NBA stars, including Chris Paul, Kendrick Perkins, Wayne Ellington, Kevin Porter Jr., and J.R. Smith.
Love and Bock have not yet revealed their baby’s gender or name.
The Canadian-born beauty gave birth ahead of Game 5 of the Heat’s NBA Finals series against the Nuggets, resulting in Love missing the team’s team flight to Denver for the contest.
The All-Star center took a separate flight on his own and made it in time for Miami’s film session and media availability, where he told reporters that Bock and their baby were doing well.
The Nuggets beat the Heat in Game 5, 94-89, to bring Denver its first-ever championship in franchise history.
Love finished with three points and two rebounds in 14 minutes of action in the elimination game.
Love and Bock never announced they were expecting.
In April, Bock showed off her baby bump in a form-fitting black gown at the reopening of Tiffany & Co.’s iconic flagship store in New York City.
When the pregnancy news made headlines at the time, the couple did not address the buzz.
Love and Bock tied the knot at the New York Public Library last summer in a “Great Gatsby”-themed celebration.
It was their “dream celebration come to life,” Bock told Vogue at the time, adding the couple envisioned “an old-school New York City” ball.
The nuptials featured a dress code, which required guests — including LeBron James and his wife, Savannah — to wear black and white.
Love proposed to Bock in January 2021, one day after she celebrated her 33rd birthday.
The fairly private pair had met five years prior after shooting in New York with the same photographer, who introduced them.
Love signed with the Heat in February after reaching a contract buyout with the Cavaliers.
