The NFL is coming back and so are fights in the stands.
This time, it wasn’t even between opposing fans.
A group of 49ers fans at Levi’s Stadium on Saturday night got into it — a melee that featured a white shirt turning bloody, with its owner getting thrown into a chair before security intervened.
TMZ caught video of the brawl, though it’s not clear what led to it.
It’s unclear whether any arrests were made in connection with the fight.
The video does show a man in a Jerry Rice jersey throwing punches and connecting with the aforementioned man’s face several times.
The 49ers did beat the Broncos, 21-20, in a rare, exciting preseason game.
Jake Moody hit a game-winning field goal as time expired, capping an eight-point comeback in the final quarter that also included a Cameron Latu touchdown.
Brock Purdy, Trey Lance, and Sam Darnold all got turns at quarterback for the Niners, with Purdy going 4-for-5 before sitting the rest of the way.
That said, the action in the stands was almost as notable as the action on the field.
