LeBron, Bronny James attend Dodgers game month after son’s cardiac arrest

Life in the James family appears to be trending in the right direction.

Nearly one month after Bronny James collapsed due to cardiac arrest on USC’s campus on July 25, LeBron and his two sons visited Dodger Stadium on Saturday night to take in some baseball.

It was LeBron’s bobblehead night in Chavez Ravine, and the Lakers superstar also accepted a $100K check for his LeBron James Family Foundation, which supports education initiatives in Akron, Ohio, per the foundation’s website.

Bronny, 18, was discharged from the hospital three days after being admitted in what was a terrifying scare for the James family.

The 6-foot-3 guard, slated to begin his freshman year at USC this fall, collapsed at the school’s Galen Center and was reportedly unconscious before being transported via ambulance to the nearby Cedars-Sinai hospital.

The exact cause of the incident remains unclear.

A 911 call, first reported by TMZ, revealed the frightening moments after the scare.

“We need an ambulance — immediately,” a caller said to the 911 dispatcher after the cardiac arrest. “Listen, listen, listen, get an ambulance here now.”

Following Bronny’s discharge from the hospital, he seemed to be in good spirits, as LeBron posted a video of him playing piano in late July when his family was also spotted for the first time since the cardiac arrest at Santa Monica’s Giorgio Baldi restaurant.

The James family was treated to a fun outing at the stadium, as the Dodgers beat the Marlins 3-1 in the nightcap of a doubleheader.

Mookie Betts, an MVP candidate for the Dodgers, blasted two home runs, acknowledging LeBron in his suite with a salute both times after crossing the bases while the NBA legend offered a standing ovation and tipped his cap.

Betts is slashing .298/.394/.595 this season with 34 homers, on pace to break his career-high of 35 home runs, which he set last season.

The Dodgers are 76-47 and lead the NL West by 12 games.
