- SEASON ENDING: The loss still stings in the NLCS. Ebbs and flows on offense.
- AARON NOLA: Doesn’t know where negotiations are at. Relies heavily on him and was great down the stretch and in playoffs.
- MONEY: Happy with where he’s at making money. Happy for Counsell getting paid.
- MENDOZA: Baseball knowledge is off the charts. He is going to be a star. He’s humble.
- PLAYER DEVELOPMENT: Alec Bohm’s development at big league level better than anyone he’s ever seen. Key is to give them confidence and having scheduled days off.
- NEW RULES: Would adjust pitch clock to 20 seconds for every pitch.
