Tom Brady’s condo where he lived after Gisele Bündchen divorce lists for sale
The luxurious Surfside, Florida condo that NFL legend Tom Brady rented, and just vacated, has hit the market for $15.9 million.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion’s spread, which he moved out of in September, is in the upscale Fendi Chateau Residences tower, offering a glimpse into the high-life Brady enjoyed during his stay.
Brady took up residence in this lavish three-bedroom, five-bathroom rental following his split from Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen in November 2022.
This was also the place Brady called home during his final year with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers before announcing his retirement in February.
The dwelling, a 4,103-square-foot unit on the tower’s ninth floor, commanded an eye-watering $60,000 per month during Brady’s stay, showcasing the quarterback’s penchant for luxury living.
Mendel Fellig with Compass holds the listing. The news first appeared on Realtor.com.
“The Fendi Chateau offers unparalleled privacy and luxury, a haven sought after by celebrities and hedge fund managers alike,” Fellig told The Post. “The sophisticated allure of this building captivates those who value opulence and discretion, making it a coveted retreat for the discerning few.”
Boasting expansive vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, the condo was designed for entertainment and exclusivity.
Accessible via a private elevator, the interior flaunts 10-foot-high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, offering panoramic oceanfront views.
A corner unit, the home features an open floor plan, a chic dining room with illuminated built-ins and a living room offering coastal panoramas. The unit even appeared at times on Brady’s social media.
The modern and stylish interior seamlessly blends with the outdoor space, including a terrace equipped with an outdoor kitchen for an indoor/outdoor living experience.
Constructed in 2016, the tower houses just 58 units, providing residents with a plethora of upscale amenities.
For a monthly condo fee of $8,899, residents enjoy “white glove services;” access to a fitness center with a sauna, a steam room and a private massage room; an in-house salon; a residents-only restaurant and even a kid’s club.

The condo’s modern kitchen is outfitted with top-of-the-line Gaggenau appliances, wall ovens, a spacious waterfall island with a prep sink and a wine chiller, and a separate breakfast bar.
The primary suite, a haven of relaxation, features a soaking tub, marble bathrooms, a private terrace and stunning oceanfront views that add to its allure.
For those seeking to experience a taste of the lifestyle that Brady once enjoyed, the property is also available for lease at a higher $75,000 per month as of early December.
It’s the only unit in the building that currently offers leasing as an option as well.
