She’s parked herself up.
A TikTok user has gone viral on the app after revealing she lives in a converted four-car garage — and viewers are wowed by the cozy, converted digs.
Leah Alexandra, 27, clocked up 1.2 million views with a 3-minute video in which she gave a tour of the “garage apartment,” which is complete with a kitchen, bathroom and separate bedroom.
“It’s the perfect size for me, I don’t need any bigger,” the singleton said as she scanned her camera around the accommodation.
Alexandra didn’t disclose how she came to call the converted garage home, but the budget-conscious content creator says she is “very cheap with how she goes about things.”
“I like doing things affordable,” the thrifty TikTokker declared, “Because then I save money.”
Alexandra — who lives in Southern California — said she pays $1,300 for the converted garage, inclusive of all utilities and Wifi.
“Before anyone says your rent is not cheap, I live in SoCal,” she stated. “This is cheap.”
Alexandra didn’t disclose who owns the garage — which features just one window — but The Sun reports that it belongs to “a stranger.”
The Post has contacted the content creator for further information.
During the 3-minute tour, Alexandra showed off the garage apartment’s full-size kitchen, complete with an oven, microwave and “thick fridge.”
She also gave viewers a glimpse of the dwelling’s bathroom, which had been given a snazzy makeover with brass taps and a matching mirror.
Finally, the TikTokker took viewers into the separate bedroom, featuring the apartment’s only window.
“I think it’s so cute,” the content creator cooed of her space, which she said was decked out with furniture found on Facebook Marketplace.
Viewers agreed that the converted garage was gorgeous, with one writing: “It’s bigger than an NYC 2 bedroom apt… & it’s beautiful you did great.”
“Very, very nice,” a second added. “I love your beautiful home.”
