Homeless man accused of throwing rocks through NYPD precinct under arrest
A homeless man allegedly caught on video hurling stones through the windows of the Midtown South Precinct this week has been arrested, the NYPD said.
The 28-second video clip obtained by The Post shows a vile vandal, clad in a black coat, brown hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans throwing rocks at his target five times.
The right-handed roughneck then pauses before chucking another object through the window for good measure.
Nickoy Watson, 26, was charged with criminal mischief and reckless endangerment in the incident which unfolded around 7:40 a.m. Thursday at the stationhouse on West 35th Street near Ninth Avenue, police said.
The suspect then ran south on 35th Street toward Eighth Avenue, authorities said.
“This shouldn’t surprise anyone,” a Manhattan cop told The Post following the incident.
“There are a lot of people who don’t like cops.”
