Emmy Award-winning HGTV star Ty Pennington, host of “Rock the Block,” is listing his home overlooking the High Line for $2.65 million.
Over the years, the former carpenter and model has also hosted popular shows “Trading Spaces” and “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” (and recently survived a medical emergency).
The two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 519 W. 23rd St. is a roomy 1,696 square feet.
Pennington and his wife, under-the-radar social media manager Kellee Merrell, also renovated a historic 19th-century home in Savannah, Ga., according to reports.
Their High Line condo, with views of One World Trade Center, comes with a large living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, an open chef’s kitchen and bedrooms on opposite sides of the home.
The main bedroom includes a private balcony and an en-suite bath. The building, known as High Line 519, was designed by architect Lindy Roy and hosts only 11 residences.
Douglas Elliman’s Kirsten Jordan has the listing.
