Just call her, Pink Paige Bueckers.
The UConn senior guard — who is projected to be the No. 1 pick in the 2025 WNBA Draft — changed her hair color from blonde to pink, as seen in new photos she shared to her Instagram on Wednesday.
Bueckers said she loved her hair transformation in a separate TikTok video, captioned, “Did I hear you say Pink Paige Pink?”
It included behind-the-scenes moments from her photo shoot with Madison Reed, a hair color product company she signed an NIL deal with to promote their ColorWonder demi-permanent hair color.
The corresponding campaign, “Team ColorWonder,” features Bueckers and her teammates, guards Azzi Fudd and Morgan Cheli, and forward Isuneh Brady.
Bueckers’ shade of pink, “Sparkling Rose,” is described as a bubbly rose gold for blonde, light brown or highlighted hair.
Fudd added vibrant red violet tones to her hair with the color “The Bordeaux Flow.”
Brady’s color, “That’s So Fire,” included light copper tones.
Cheli’s “Better Off Bronze” color added a reddish-brown tint to her hair.
The demi-permanent hair color lasts up to 25 washes.
The foursome will serve as brand ambassadors and impact advisors throughout the three-year partnership between UConn women’s basketball and Madison Reed.
The female-founded brand is also sponsoring the Gampel Pavilion and XL Center — UConn basketball’s two homes — for the next three years.
Bueckers showed off her pink hair after she signed an NIL deal with Unrivaled Basketball to secure an ownership stake in the basketball league, which was started by the Liberty’s Breanna Stewart and Lynx’s Napheesa Collier.
Bueckers is one of the top NIL earners thanks to partnerships with Nike, StockX, Bose, Chegg and Verizon.
