Laura Loomer slams Bill Maher after ‘Real Time’ host insinuated she’s ‘f–king’ Donald Trump: ‘I should sue’
Far-right provocateur Laura Loomer threatened to sue comedian Bill Maher after he joked that she and Donald Trump must be in a sexual relationship.
Maher lashed out at Loomer during his HBO show “Real Time” on Friday for her claim that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are faking their romance to sway 2024 voters.
“I think maybe Laura Loomer’s in an arranged relationship to influence the election because she’s very close to Trump,” Maher suggested.
“She’s 31, looks like his type . . . who’s Trump fking?” the comic quipped.
“Because I said, it’s not nobody. He’s been a dog for too long. And it’s not Melania. I think we may have our answer this week.”
Loomer quickly shot back at Maher over social media.
“I should sue Bill Maher @billmaher for Defamation,” she wrote on X.
“This is beyond the pale and it’s a complete and blatant lie,” the conspiracy theorist continued.
Loomer accused Maher of contributing to a “coordinated attack” on her links to the Trump campaign by the “mainstream Media, the White House and leftist personalities.”
Loomer made headlines when she joined Trump’s posse as they traveled with him to Philadelphia for Tuesday’s debate against Vice President Kamala Harris.
The next morning, she was seen alongside Trump and his running mate, Sen. JD Vance (R-Ohio), when they visited a downtown New York City firehouse to commemorate the 9/11 attacks.
She went on to suggest online that the terrorist attacks that killed nearly 3,000 people were an “inside job.”
Trump appeared to distance himself from Loomer when he told reporters that she was just a “supporter.”
“I don’t control Laura,” the 45th president said. “I can’t tell Laura what to do.”
Trump took to Truth Social to add that Loomer does not have a formal role with the campaign, and is “private citizen.”
