Don’t be surprised if you see the Stallone sisters — Sophia, Sistine and Scarlet — in the Hamptons sometime soon.
We hear their father, “Rocky” legend Sylvester Stallone, is in contract to buy them a highly designed eight-bedroom home in East Hampton, Gimme Shelter can reveal.
The contract is for close to the home’s $24.95 million asking price — and it’s an all-cash deal, sources say. The sale has not yet closed, meaning the final price is not yet available.
The purchase, we hear, is the talk of Palm Beach — where Hell’s Kitchen native Sly, 77, and his wife, former model Jennifer Flavin, 55, are living as empty nesters in a $35 million mansion.
Spies say Stallone bought the residence sight unseen following two video tours.
The daughters’ relocation from Hollywood to the East Coast was featured in the second season of “The Family Stallone” on Paramount+.
Stallone even had Sophia and Sistine, who live in the Big Apple, train with Navy SEALs to prepare for their big move. Scarlet, who lives in Miami for college, was exempted.
The new-construction spread was developed by interior designer James Michael Howard, who is known for his impeccable Southern charm and style.
The dwelling comes fully furnished — curated with pricey antiques from around the world, custom furnishings, art and finishes. It’s also turn-key ready.
Everything is custom, from the brass hardware that Howard designed — to the lighting, and hand-painted floors and walls created by artisans, many of whom were flown in for the work. Howard even drew the rug patterns and sizes to fit the rooms and had them made in places like Nepal, an insider said.
The 11,644-square-foot home is also just a mile from the ocean.
The residence also has its own splashy amenities. It comes with a pool and a pool house — all on 1.1 acres.
The home opens to a double-height foyer and a dramatic staircase. There’s also a great room, an eat-in chef’s kitchen that serves as the mansion’s anchor — along with a formal dining room, a family room with a woodburning fireplace, a radiant-heated mudroom and a main bedroom suite.
More bedrooms are on the second floor, including a junior suite with a balcony. Downstairs, there’s a screening room and more bedrooms.
