Tekashi 6ix9ine faces lawsuit from ex-gf alleging revenge porn, abuse and theft
Snitching rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine has been sued by his ex girlfriend for alleged physical and sexual abuse — and for maliciously sharing her intimate photos online after the pair split.
The troubled musician’s former lover, Jorgina Lulu Guillermo Diaz, also claimed he drugged her, abused her, and stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from her to fund his own luxurious lifestyle, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
Diaz said the rapper, whose legal name is Daniel Hernández, forced her to undergo cosmetic surgeries against her will.
The 22-year-old Dominican rapper, who professionally goes by Yailin La Más Viral, is seeking $1 million dollars in damages from Hernández and wants the court to block him from sharing more pictures of her.
Diaz said she ended the toxic relationship in August after learning about Hernández’s alleged theft and fraud.
He retaliated by posting sexually explicit pictures and videos of her on the X app without her consent. The posts have been deleted, but Diaz claims she is still suffering.
The “Fefe” singer, 28, denied the allegations, and said he helped Diaz out when she was broke. He was shocked that she would claim that he stole from her.
“All that jewelry is mine . . . that car she’s riding in I bought . . . the penthouse shoe [sic] got in the Dominican Republic I bought . . . I took care of her family, daughter — when I met her she had 2 month old baby — I put pampers and food on the table for them,” he told TMZ.
Their turbulent relationship led to several headlines involving arrests.
In December, Diaz was arrested at Hernández’s Florida home following a domestic dispute. Video showed her crying and slapping the rapper’s phone out of his hands and berating him in Spanish for allegedly looking at another woman’s behind.
The following month, Hernández and Diaz were arrested in the Dominican Republic after a physical fight. Videos showed Hernández lunging at her before Diaz returned with blows.
The suit is just the latest legal trouble for the rapper.
He skated away with just two years in prison in 2019 for his role in the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods gang — after he rolled over and testified against his Bloods compatriots.
