Catherine Zeta-Jones, 55, shows off naked photo to celebrate shared birthday with Michael Douglas, 80
Catherine Zeta-Jones celebrated her birthday suit for a special occasion.
The “Chicago” star shared a photo of herself naked on Wednesday to commemorate her and her husband Michael Douglas’ birthdays.
Zeta-Jones turned 55 while Douglas turned 80.
In the black and white photo, Zeta-Jones stood naked in front of a mirror in a bathroom. She wore nothing but a pair of high heels, while letting her brunette hair down.
“In my birthday suit!” she began her caption. “After over 25 years of sharing my birthday day with my husband, I am running out of gift ideas!”
“This is gift option two, golf balls being option one… of course,” she added.
Zeta-Jones also posted a separate throwback picture from over two decades ago of her and Douglas — where they were both fully clothed.
“Happy Birthday to Michael and to me!!” the “Wednesday” actress wrote. “This was us on our birthday 25 years ago! I love you with all my heart.”
Douglas similarly honored his wife on their shared birthday with a post of his own.
“To my birthday sister, I love you with all my heart!” he wrote alongside a gorgeous picture of Zeta-Jones.
Douglas added, “May your new year be the best! @catherinezetajones ❤️.”
The couple have been married since November 2000 and they share two children: son Dylan, 24, and daughter Carys, 21. Douglas has another son, Cameron, 45, from a previous marriage to Diandra Luker.
The Hollywood stars often post romantic messages to each other on Instagram.
Douglas shared a black-and-white photo of them on Valentine’s Day with the caption, “Happy Valentine’s Day to my darling Catherine! Love you always and forever.”
Back in Nov. 2022, Zeta-Jones talked about her long-standing marriage to her husband in an interview with The Telegraph.
“I’ve been waking up to Mike for nearly 25 years. I love being married but it’s a crazy thing when you really think about it,” she said. ‘”Will you marry me?’ ‘Sure!’ But then you think about the Chanel purse you spent a fortune on, and actually I don’t really like it any more – I’ll put it up for resale.”
Zeta-Jones also noted how the couple “were born on the same day, 25 years apart.”
“We’re just very good with one another, we respect each other, and I never really feel that he’s 25 years older than me,” she went on to say. “I remember people saying, ‘When you’re 50, he’s going to be 75.’ Well, that’s just maths.”
