Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs hit with horrifying new rape suits, including one involving 10-year-old boy: ‘Do some stuff you don’t want’
Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of two more horrifying rapes in the latest round of lawsuits against him — including one alleged attack involving a 10-year-old boy.
The other alleged victim was 17.
One of the two new accusers claims he met the disgraced music mogul in 2005 when he was just 10 and trying to make it as an actor or rapper, according to a lawsuit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court on Monday.
The then-boy’s parents had hired a consultant and were told to fly to New York City to meet with some music-industry insiders and then were connected with Combs, who offered to meet the boy for an “audition,” the complaint says.
The accuser was left in a hotel room with Combs and rapped some songs before the music mogul told him he could “make him a star” but asked him how badly he wanted it.
“Plaintiff responded, as might any ten-year-old child, that he would ‘do anything,’ ” the suit states.
He was then handed a soda by Combs, and shortly after began to feel “a little funny,” the court documents say.
Combs then allegedly pushed the boy down and told him, “You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes” before taking out his penis and telling him to “kiss it” and forcing him to perform oral sex as the boy “froze in terror.”
The child then blacked out, and when he came to found his pants around his ankles and that “his anus and buttocks hurt badly.” After the boy asked for his parents, Combs allegedly threatened to badly hurt them if he ever told anybody about what happened.
The boy eventually did tell his parents, but they withheld reporting the incident over fear of repercussion from Combs, the suit says, while the child became wracked with depression that has plagued him for life.
“He battles fears and night terrors regularly. In short, Plaintiff was deprived of a normal childhood and is unable to interact with others and live a normal life in general due to his encounter with defendant Combs,” the documents say.
The second suit involves a man who says he was raped by Combs when he was a 17-year-old contestant trying out for the reality show “Making the Band” in 2008.
In that incident, Combs allegedly asked the accuser during a private audition how he would handle sexual pressures in the music industry — and then proceeded to fondle him and masturbate.
“Throughout this encounter, Combs emphasized his power to control Plaintiff’s future in the music industry, stating that he had the ability to ‘make or break’ Plaintiff’s career,” the suit reads.
Across two more days of auditions, Combs told the teen he needed to embody a “sex idol” if he wanted to progress on the show and forced him to have oral and penetrative sex and then made him have sex with his bodyguard to see how far he was willing to go for success, the suit says.
“Plaintiff’s facial expressions during this ordeal showed his discomfort and hesitation, prompting Combs to express dissatisfaction. Combs stated that Plaintiff’s demeanor suggested an intention to report the incidents, and as a result, Combs said he would be ‘keeping an eye,’ on Plaintiff,” the suit reads, adding that the teen was soon eliminated from the show.
The suits are just the latest horrifying accusations to be filed against Combs, 54, since October through a team lead by lawyer Tony Buzbee.
Buzbee says there will be at least 120 accusers spanning 30 years of predatory behavior by the time everything has been filed.
Combs’ accusers are split roughly evenly by gender. Twenty-five of them being minors. The youngest was 9, according to Buzbee.
As with the latest accusers, Combs is accused of frequently dangling promises of stardom to lure and exploit his victims.
“We will leave no stone unturned to find all potentially liable parties, to include any individual or entity who participated in or benefited from this egregious behavior,” Buzbee said at a press conference Oct. 1, adding that his team had evidence against “many powerful people” whose names “will shock you.”
Combs’ legal team denied the two new allegations and accused Buzbee of seeking publicity.
“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process,” his lawyer said in a statement.
“In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”
Combs was arrested in New York City in September on federal charges accusing him of plying women with drugs to force them into orgy-parties he dubbed “freak-offs,” which he often recorded against their will. His staff also allegedly participated by organizing the events and helping keep them secret.
The “I’ll Be Missing You” singer has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
He remains behind bars without bail at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn where federal authorities conducted an “interagency operation” on Monday.
Officials didn’t delve into specific details, but the Bureau of Prisons said in a statement the operation was “designed to achieve our shared goal of maintaining a safe environment for both our employees and the incarcerated individuals housed at MDC Brooklyn.”
The bureau also made clear there was “no active threat” in the detention facility that is known for its hellish conditions and the operation was planned in advance.
Combs has been denied bail twice, forcing him to plead his case to the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in a bid for freedom ahead of his trial.
Arguments in front of that court is set for Nov. 4.
