Melania Trump loads up luggage in NYC as she heads to Florida to join Don for election night event
That’s an awful lot of Louis.
Former first lady Melania Trump packed her bags and jetted out of New York City Friday en route to South Florida – where she will join her husband, former President Donald Trump, to watch the election results come in Nov. 5.
The 54-year-old’s luggage – including Louis Vuitton suitcases and several garment bags emblazoned with the presidential seal – was seen being loaded into a black SUV outside Trump Tower in Midtown, with some of the pricey parcels literally thrown into the back of the crammed vehicle, one on top of the other.
The SUV was a part of a motorcade that was later seen dropping off Melania and her towering 18-year-old son, Barron Trump, at LaGuardia Airport, where they boarded a private jet bound for West Palm Beach, Fla.
The Post has confirmed that Melania will take part in Election Night festivities at the Palm Beach County Convention Center, the site of the Trump campaign’s official party just 3.5 miles from the 45th president’s Mar-a-Lago estate.
Melania Trump has rarely been seen on the 2024 campaign trail with her husband.
She most recently appeared on the stump Oct. 27 at Madison Square Garden, where she introduced Donald after heaping praise on the city of his birth.
The former model also attended the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee – days after her husband was grazed by a would-be assassin’s bullet in Butler, Pa. – but did not speak on stage.
Melania moved back to New York in September, shortly before Barron started his first semester at New York University.
Barron is commuting to NYU’s Stern School of Business in Greenwich Village from his family’s Trump Tower penthouse.
