Elon Musk’s ex-wife, actress Talulah Riley, was reportedly among the business and tech VIPs who exchanged texts with the billionaire as he pushed for a Twitter takeover.
Riley, 37, is the person identified as “TJ” in texts that were made public as part of legal proceedings in Musk’s $44 billion legal battle Twitter, citing multiple people familiar with the matter. Riley’s middle name is Jane.
The newly uncovered texts revealed that Riley encouraged Musk to buy Twitter and overhaul its moderation policies.

The actress also expressed her views on political issues, including her desire to combat which she referred to as “woke-ism.”

Troves of Musk’s text messages were published ahead of the trial in Delaware Chancery Court later this month.
Twitter is seeking a court order that would compel Musk to honor the terms of his original agreement to buy the company at $54.20 per share, while Musk is attempting to back out of the deal without paying a dime.
Musk and Riley have been married twice. The pair first tied the knot in 2010 and divorced in 2012, then reunited in 2013 only to divorce a second time in 2016.
